Applications
I. Refractory Materials (Core Application)
- Core linings for steelmaking furnaces: Magnesia-carbon bricks, magnesia-alumina spinel bricks and large crystal magnesia bricks applied to converters, electric arc furnaces, slag lines of refining ladles and continuous casting slide gates. They feature strong resistance to erosion and scouring by molten steel and slag with a long service life.
- Glass kilns / Cement kilns: Checker bricks in regenerators, furnace arches and feed channels of glass kilns; burning zones and furnace mouth guards of cement kilns. They withstand temperatures above 1800°C, resist alkali erosion and maintain stable thermal shock performance.
- Unshaped refractory materials: Ramming mixes, gunning mixes, castables and dry mixes for lining and repairing ladles, electric arc furnaces and induction furnaces, featuring high bulk density and spalling resistance.
- Special metallurgical furnaces: Linings and hearths of vacuum induction furnaces, electric arc furnaces and non-ferrous metal smelting furnaces, resistant to molten metals, low in impurities and high in electrical insulation.
