Applications:

· Food nutritional fortifier that supplements magnesium for human bodies. Applied in cereals, dairy products, health supplements and sports foods to support bone health and regulate body metabolism.

· Anti-caking agent that prevents agglomeration of milk powder, powdered sugar, condiments and solid beverages, keeping products loose and improving flowability.

· Acidity regulator and leavening aid to adjust the pH value of food; mixed with leavening agents for pastries and wheaten foods.

· Special brine for bean products / food coagulant for making tofu and dried tofu, delivering good forming effect and firm texture.

· Raw material for pharmaceutical and healthcare products used in antacid stomach medicines and magnesium supplement tablets to neutralize gastric acid and relieve gastric discomfort.
